We have just finished a 10 week course landscape in oils for beginners. So I thought I would post photographs of the students work. We learned about layering paint, tone, composition and colour. The students also learned how to create sky, trees and water.

Beginners life drawing class
We are almost finished our life drawing class. The students have shown a great understanding of measuring ,proportion and tone. In the next few weeks we are covering feet and faces.
