This is my most recent painting. It is painted with acrylic on board, 2ft x 3ft. It's called When the waves hit. It is inspired by Psalm 40. The Psalm talks about waiting for God to rescue in times when it seems like everything is going against you. The painting is symbolic of the times in life when you may feel beaten, life is hard and nothing seems to be growing but when we look back and see God has indeed rescued us , put our feet on solid ground and our testimony is told to others like a new song being sung, or blossom being spread abroad by the wind.
